POSITION SUMMARY:

The role encompasses the management of nursing care through implementation of the nursing process, supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Graduate of an RN education program.

Experience: Minimum one year experience

Knowledge and Skills: Able to work in a fast-paced environment; and manage/prioritize/complete work assignments and other duties, as assigned.

License and Certifications: Current RN license, state of California. Current AHA Healthcare Provider BCLS card. ACLS, PALS or ENPC and CPI required within 6 months of hire or upon completion of orientation period. MICN required within 1 year of the completion of orientation.

Physical Requirements: Able to complete the essential physical duties as noted on the job desciption.
