San Antonio Hospital Foundation has named Michael Tracey as their new President. Mr. Tracey comes with a distinguished background in fundraising and charitable estate planning. He most recently served as Vice President of Development and Director of the Environmental Initiative at The Community Foundation serving Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. During his 27 years of fundraising experience his positions have also included senior development roles at California State University San Bernardino, Western University of Health Sciences, and Cal Poly Pomona. Mr. Tracey earned his Bachelor's Degree from Chico State University, his Master's Degree from San Diego State University and is a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving.
Mr. Tracey replaces retiring Foundation President Robert Gordon, who has led San Antonio's Foundation since 1997.
Mr. Tracey and his wife Val were raised in Claremont, lived in Rancho Cucamonga, and have resided in Upland since 1987. They have two sons and a daughter.
