Sierra San Antonio Medical Plaza (SSAMP) is a 60,000 square foot outpatient center and medical office building supported by San Antonio Community Hospital.  SSAMP provides a wide selection of healthcare services for our growing communities.

Services currently available are urgent care, diagnostic radiology, physician offices, and a pharmacy.

The facility also boasts a 3,000 square foot educational suite where community lectures, health screenings, awareness campaigns, maternity and CPR classes are held.

Weekdays, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pharmacy
For your convenience, a pharmacy operated by Gemmel Pharmacy, Inc. is located inside SSAMP.  You may reach Gemmel Pharmacy at (909) 574-9620.

Radiology
Radiology services are provided by San Antonio Community Hospital and currently include the following services:

• Mammograms:  Tuesday & Thursday, first appointment 9:15 am, last appointment, 11:30 am
• Ultrasound:  Tuesday & Thursday, first appointment 9:15 am, last appointment, 3:45 pm
