Rancho San Antonio Medical Center (RSAMC) is a specially designed 70,000 square-foot outpatient center, which is supported by San Antonio Community Hospital. RSAMC provides a wide selection of healthcare services for our growing communities. RSAMC offers urgent care, diagnostic and therapeutic services, educational programs, as well as physician offices.

Urgent Care
Urgent Care physicians are not agents or employees of San Antonio Community Hospital.

Weekdays, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
Saturdays, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
Sundays & holidays, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Summer weekend hours, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Medical Office Building
A three-story medical office building houses physician offices for primary care and various specialties. For medical office leasing information, call California Asset Management at (909) 946-6226.

Pharmacy
For your convenience, a pharmacy operated by Gemmel Pharmacy, Inc. is located inside RSAMC. You may reach Gemmel Pharmacy at (909) 948-8377.

Hours:
Weekdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon
Closed Sunday

Laboratory Draw Station
Laboratory services are provided by San Antonio Community Hospital staff. You may have any of your lab specimens collected at RSAMC, except the following:

• Cultures
• Glucose tolerance
• Semen analysis
• 24-hour urine collections

These laboratory tests may be performed at the laboratory draw station in the main Hospital.

Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation
Rancho Rehabilitation Center provides a wide array of outpatient rehabilitation services at one convenient location in the Rancho San Antonio Medical Center building. The newly expanded and renovated center is the result of a dynamic partnership between San Antonio Community Hospital and the region’s most respected rehabilitation provider, Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation.

The modern facility offers a variety of specialized equipment and treatments gyms and was designed to help patents of all ages recover from a variety of disabilities including sports injury, orthopedic surgery, a debilitating illness, spinal cord or brain injury, work injury or stroke. Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy are provided

Radiology
Radiology services are provided by San Antonio Community Hospital staff and include:

• Chest, spine, skull, and general radiology imaging
• Mammography
• Ultrasound

Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to noon
