We know after a heart attack, open-heart surgery, or any heart procedure, emotions need healing too. Because of that a member of the Caring Hearts Support Group may visit you while you are in the hospital.

Caring Hearts is a volunteer community organization at San Antonio Community Hospital that provides support and encouragement to all cardiac patients, families, and friends.

Caring Hearts meets on the third Thursday of each month to provide emotional support, build positive attitudes, enhance one's ability to deal with heart disease in a constructive way, and the promote a healthy lifestyle.
