| Q: | Will my office staff receive ICIS training? |
| A: | Yes. SACH will train one representative from your office upon request. Contact Dustin Bilton at 909.920.1743 for more information. |
| Q: | What ICIS support can I expect after activation? |
| A: | Super Users will be on every unit. “Pocket Pals” (which are reference guides) will be distributed to physicians during training and will be kept on every unit. “How To” instructions and “Daily Workflow” issues will be posted on the SACH website. |
| Q: | Will there be support on SACHWeb after activation? |
| A: | Yes. There will be several items posted on the website to provide support. They include: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s), Pocket Pal, Glossary of important terms, day-to-day workflows for different specialties, and the entire Physician’s user manual. This will be updated as needed. |
