| A: | Yes. All users will be required to assign a relationship to the patient. Physicians will be required to assign a relationship the FIRST time you enter a patient’s chart. Through ICIS, audits will be run to assure the compliance of all HIPPA regulations and patient confidentiality. Beginning in 2010, SACH will be required by law to show proof that we are conducting regular and random audits. |
