Can I access ICIS from a computer off the SACH campus? |

Yes. You will need SACH to download a program (Citrix) onto any computer you plan on using for remote access. To download the program go to www.citrix.com and click on the Downloads link. Follow the instructions on the web page for installing the client on your computer. |

The ability to access ICIS, and its functions, from a computer not directly linked to the SACH system. |

Broadband Internet access such as DSL, cable model, or T1 line
Color monitor with 1027x768 resolution
1 GHz processor or faster
1 GB RAM or higher
Local printer
Windows 2000 or Windows XP Pro
Internet Explorer 6.0 SP2 or later
Sun Java Virtual Machine Version 5 or 6 only
Personal Firewall Software or hardware firewall solution
Virus Protection (Norton or McAfee) with the latest version maintained
All Windows security patches and services packs from Microsoft |

Can I use my Apple computer to access ICIS? |

Yes. The computer must be: Mac OS 10.3.9 or higher and able to simulate a mouse right-click. |

How can I get remote access? |

Submit a completed ’Remote Access Request’ form. The form can be obtained from Wendy Richardson at ext. 24755. |
