Patient List Glossary
Custom List - A list created and maintained by the user. A custom list is user specific. Location List - The names of the patients admitted to the specific locations within the predefined location group are listed automatically.
Patient List - A method that helps you display, organize and easily access patients ’ charts and a large amount of patient data.
Patient/Provider Relationship - A step within ICIS that requires all users to define their relationship to the patient. This allows for easy tracking and auditing of patients ’ charts for any privacy or HIPPA violations.
Provider Group List - The names of the patients with relationships established with you or other members of the group are listed automatically.
Query List - Allows the user to include a variety of different types of lists into a single list. (For example, you can include all patients for a location, provider group, relationship, or any other parameters defined.
Relationship List - Patients with whom you have established the indicated relationship are automatically displayed.
