Foundation Board of Directors
Kathy L. Tully Foundation Chair
Ms. Tully first served on the Foundation Board from 1996 through 2004. She served as chair from 2001 to 2004 before going off the Board for one year because of term limits. Ms. Tully was re-elected to the Board in January, 2006. She is a Senior Vice President and Wealth Advisor for Morgan Stanley and currently serves as a Board Member for UET Board of Cal Poly Pomona and the Pomona Valley Estate Planning Council. She also served two terms as President of the Upland Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Tully is a graduate of Cal-Poly with a Bachelor of Science in marketing and an MBA. Ms. Tully is a member of the Frances Mary Paul Circle.
 
David Patterson Vice Chair
Mr. Patterson is Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Wells Fargo's Inland Empire Commercial & Agribusiness Banking Offices in Ontario. Mr. Patterson grew up in Upland. After graduating with a B.A. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas, he returned to the area and has worked in the Inland Empire banking industry for over 23 years, and with Wells Fargo for 15 years. He has been a member of the Olive Crest Foundation Board for 12 years. He is also a past board member of the Inland Empire Economic Partnership, Children's Fund, and Inland Empire Open - PGA Golf Tournament. Wells Fargo is a member of the Foundation's Business Benefactors and the honorary society, the Frances Mary Paul Circle. The Wells Fargo Foundation is a major supporter of the San Antonio Classic Benefit Golf Tournament.
 
René Biane Director
Mr. Biane has served two previous terms on the Board of Trustees of San Antonio Community Hospital. He was first elected in 1969 and served until 1978. He was re-elected in 1979 and served until 1988. He is the former President and CEO of Brookside Vineyard Company. He is president of the Ontario Community Foundation, the Chaffey Trust, and the Bellevue Cemetery Association. He is a member of the Boards of the Ontario Police Museum and West End Family Counseling. Mr. Biane and his wife, Barbara, are residents of Upland and have both been involved in supporting the activities of the Hospital and the Foundation over many years. They are members of the Frances Mary Paul Circle. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the San Antonio Society. The Bianes and their three children were all born at San Antonio Community Hospital.
 
Allan Bock, MD Director
Dr. Bock is a member of the Mountain View Emergency Physicians Medical Group and an Emergency Department physician at San Antonio Community Hospital. He will fulfill the remaining two years of the board term vacated when Dr. J. Michael Lee resigned to move out of the area.

Dr. Bock is a strong advocate for the new Emergency Department and Bed Tower. He has spoken eloquently to the Foundation Board about the importance of this new facility for excellent patient care and privacy. He is always willing to give extra effort to assist with fundraising for this important project. Being a member of the Board will formalize his role as spokesman for the ER portion of the project.
 
Linda D. Bosserman, M.D., F.A.C.S. Director
Linda D. Bosserman, M.D., F.A.C.S., is on staff at 11 southern California hospitals and has been associated with over 25 special cancer committees and advisory boards during her career. Following a stellar educational career at both UC Berkeley and Stanford, she served both her internship and residencies at Stanford University Hospital. After serving patients for three years in Boston, Massachusetts at Harvard Medical School, Brigham & Women’s Hospital, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Dr. Bosserman returned to California to specialize in medical oncology at San Antonio Community Hospital and at other hospitals in the surrounding area.
 
Dann H. Bowman Director
Mr. Bowman is the founding President and Chief Executive Officer of Chino Commercial Bank. He has been with the bank since its formation in 1999. A graduate of California State University at San Bernardino, Mr. Bowman started his banking career with First Interstate Bank in Los Angeles. He subsequently progressed to a commercial and construction lender in First Interstate Bank’s Real Estate Lending Group. He then joined Chino Valley Bank and later Foothill Independent Bank. Mr. Bowman presently serves on several Boards of Directors, including The Inland Valley Chapter of Risk Management Association for the Financial Industry (RMA), Community Bankers of California, and the California Banker’s Association Government Relations Committee; and has previously served on the Boards of the American Red Cross and The Boy Scouts of America.
 
Wes Fifield Director
Mr. Fifield is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego where he majored in science. He is President of Panorama Development Company. Panorama Development builds shopping centers. Their specialty is finding anchor stores and developing the center around the anchor store. Mr. Fifield is a member of the Upland School Board and on the Executive Committee of Upland YMCA. His wife Stacey is a licensed vocational nurse. They have two children.

Mr. Fifield will fill the remaining two years of the term vacated by Mark Bertone. Mr. Bertone is leaving the Foundation Board to concentrate on his role with the Board of Trustees.
 
Linda Gladson Director
Ms. Gladson graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a BA in Social Ecology. She then graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. Ms. Gladson is a current Board member of the Ontario Community Foundation, a member of the Baldy View ROP Foundation Board of Directors, and a recent addition to the Gift and Estate Planning Advisory Council for Cal State San Bernardino. She is also a past Board member of the VNA & Hospice of Southern California and a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Upland Unified School District. Ms. Gladson currently practices law with Varner & Brandt LLP. She is serving on the Foundation Board’s Events Committee.
 
Robert A. Gordon Foundation President
Mr. Gordon is an ex-officio member of the Foundation Board. He is a veteran of 35 years of fund raising. He is a member of the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy and holds the designation of Certified Fund Raising Executive. He was head of the San Antonio Community Hospital Foundation from 1979-82 and returned as President in 1997. Mr. Gordon and his wife Susan are members of the Frances Mary Paul Circle.
 
Mary Lou Jensen Director
Mrs. Jensen was born at San Antonio Community Hospital and has been the business side of Bob Jensen Builder, a local contracting firm, for over 50 years. She currently serves as a Board Member and Secretary for Casa Colina, Inc., and is active at Sierra Vista Baptist Church. Mrs. Jensen is also involved in several civic Organizations, including the Ontario Museum of History & Art and the Assitance League of the Foothill Communities. She is current Chair of the San Antonio Society here at the hosptial, and is a member of the Frances Mary Paul Circle. When taking a break from running the family business, Mrs. Jensen likes spending itme at her home in Corona del Mar.
 
Susan Leonis-Jensen Director
Mrs. Leonis-Jensen has a long history of service to the community. A project analyst at Litton Industries for 10 years, Mrs. Jensen has also been an advisor for over five years to the Leonis Family Foundation, researching viable recipients for scholarships and endowments. She also served on the Board of Directors of National Charity League, Foothill Chapter and National Charity League, Inc. for a total of 9 years. As a PTA president, Mrs. Jensen coordinated fundraising events generating an average of $100,000 annually. She continues her community involvement through Meals on Wheels, the Salvation Army, and the Foothill Family Shelter. She and her husband are members of the Frances Mary Paul Circle.
 
Steven C. Moreau President and CEO, SACH
Mr. Moreau, President and CEO, San Antonio Community Hospital, is an ex-officio member of both the hospital Board of Trustees and the San Antonio Hospital Foundation Board of Directors. He joined the hospital in March, 2005. Mr. Moreau previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach, was Chief Executive Officer of Bakersfield Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, and, before that, Vice President of Facilities Development and Professional Services at Riverside Community Hospital.
 
Nancy Mullen Director
Ms. Mullen, President of Volunteer Services, is an ex-officio member of the Board. Ms. Mullen is a six-year veteran of San Antonio Community Hospital's Volunteer Services, and a four-year member of the Volunteer Services Board. Mrs. Mullen retired from teaching in the El Monte Elementary School District in 1984, after 25 years of service. Mrs. Mullen taught in the Teacher Corp at the University of Southern California for two years. She has travelled throughout the United States, covering the country many times.
 
Kenneth L. Neff Director
Mr. Neff founded K.L. Neff Construction in 1974, turning it into a multi-million dollar company.  When he retired in 2000, he turned the company over to his sons.  Mr. Neff is a past board member of Red Hill Country Club and co-founder of We Really Care (WRC).  While living in the high desert, Mr. Neff, and his wife Martha, became aware of an urgent need to provide financial assistance to underprivileged high school students, and WRC was born.  Mr. Neff and his family have been local residents for over 50 years, while maintaining a cattle farm in their home state of Missouri. He and his wife are members of the Frances Mary Paul Circle.
 
Roger Parsons CFO, SACH
Mr. Parsons, CFO, San Antonio Community Hospital, and Foundation Board Treasurer, was promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance, in August, 2004. He is responsible for all aspects of the hospital's financial management including financial reporting and planning. Mr. Parsons has been with the hospital for 29 years. Prior to his promotion, he spent six years reporting to the Chief Executive Officer as Director, and then Vice President, Planning. Mr. Parsons served as the hospital's Director of Finance from 1987 to 1997. He holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge, and an M.B.A. Degree from California State University, Fullerton. He is also a member of the Frances Mary Paul Circle.
 
Owen Pillow Director
Mr. Pillow has been in the insurance business for over 40 years. He began his career in this field with Prudential, owned his own insurance agency for many years which was sold to Hub International Insurance and Financial Services in 1995. Mr. Pillow is a past Board Member of both the Pomona Valley Estate Planning Council and the West End Chapter of the American Red Cross. He is a member of the Upland Rotary and a past member of the San Bernardino Diocese Catholic Charities.
 
Craig Scheu Director
Mr. Scheu is Chief Operations Officer of Scheu Management Company in Upland. Prior to his position at Scheu Management he served as Vice President at Union Bank for six years. He is a graduate of Webb School and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Diego State University. Mr. Scheu is a current Board member of the YMCA and SMC, a California Corporation. He and his wife Kathy and 2 children are long-time residents of Upland.
 
Steve Spears Director
Mr. Spears is the managing partner of Mellon, Johnson and Reardon, CPA’s, an Inland Empire based accounting firm. The firm is a member of the Frances Mary Paul Circle. Mr. Spears and his wife Cindi are both life-long Upland residents and have two children. He is a graduate of San Jose State University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Estate Planning Council of San Bernardino. Both Mr. Spears and his wife are enthusiastic about San Antonio Community Hospital and have expressed their support for an important community resource.
 
Donald Willerth Director
Mr. Willerth is the former owner of TransContainer Corporation, a maker of plastic containers for business and industry. Since selling the business, he has become a community volunteer and investor. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Business Benefactors at SACH and in an advisory capacity for several organizations in Lake Arrowhead. Mr. Willerth and his wife Andrea are active with the Assistance League of Foothill Communities, and are members of San Antonio Community Hospital’s Frances Mary Paul Circle.
