Overview
Our community health education program, known as Well Connected, is designed to help our patients and community adopt a healthier lifestyle and achieve overall better health. Well Connected is the Hospital's resource for information on our programs, classes, support groups, and events. Information is available in English and Spanish and many of our classes are available in Spanish. You may contact our Well Connected representative weekdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at (909) 944-WELL (944-9355.)

We work with our physicians and various collaborative partners, to continually evaluate and respond to the needs of our patients and community. We have access to additional resources in our primary service area. We also track trends to determine the services needed within the community. We welcome your input.

Class Fees
As a non-profit community hospital, we offer many classes and programs free of charge to improve the health of our community. In some cases, a nominal fee may be charged to cover a portion of the instructor's fee and class materials. Call (909) 980-BABY (980-2229) for details.

We understand that special financial circumstances may arise and we will work with you to accommodate your health education needs. Please feel free to discuss your situation with one of our Well Connected representatives.

Registration
Pre-registration is required for all classes and programs, with the exception of our support groups.
