Wound and Ostomy Care
San Antonio Community Hospital has a nationally certified wound, ostomy, and continence nurse who assists patients in managing the care of their ostomy sites and wounds.

Physical therapy is another modality which may prove beneficial for patients with problem wounds. Our Physical Therapy Department is pleased to offer the most current methods of wound care, including compression bandaging, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, debridement and whirlpool therapy.
