The primary function of the Patient Services Department is to serve as an advocate to help you understand the Hospital's philosophy of patients' rights and responsibilities.

The Director of Patient Services/Risk Management and Patient Services Department support staff serve as liaisons between physicians, hospital employees, and you and your family. The Director also assists the hospital in evaluating patient satisfaction with the services that are provided.

You may ask your nurse to contact the Patient Services Department:

• If you have a concern about hospital services or the quality of your care;
• If you have a suggestion to improve our services;
• If you have unmet needs; and/or
• If you would like to compliment one of our employees.
