The professional staff on the Medical/Surgical Units provides 24-hour
comprehensive care to adolescents and adults with a variety of diagnoses.
We provide compassionate care that encompasses the body, mind, and spirit
of each individual, their families, and loved ones.
Using
state-of-the-art equipment and the latest information and techniques,
our team provides patient care and education to meet individual needs.
Our team consists of physicians of various specialties, specialized
nurses, pharmacists, case managers, and therapists collaborating to
assure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
The Medical/Surgical Units can be full of activity, unfamiliar sounds,
and new faces. Recognizing this, we encourage patients and family
members
to ask questions. Our team will be happy to discuss the patient’s
plan of care. Certain aspects of patient care, for example, the purpose
and results of diagnostic testing, may be best answered by a physician.
