
The Dietary Services Department provides meal service to patients, employees,
physicians, and visitors, as well as catering special functions in the
Hospital. In addition, the Department prepares food for the local Meals
on Wheels program five days a week, including holidays. You may reach
the Department weekdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at (909) 920-4915.
Patient Meal Service
Patients may choose from more than 100 items on the restaurant-style
menus. Prompt completion of the menus will ensure that you receive
the items of your choice. Additional snacks are offered each day
in the afternoon and before bedtime.
Breakfast: 7:15 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Lunch: 11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Dinner: 5:15 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
The Nutritional Care Unit staff will assist you with your Dietary
needs. A Registered Dietitian is available to provide education and
answer any dietary questions or concerns.
Cafeteria
- The hospital cafeteria is open daily for visitors from 6:30 a.m.
to 7:30 p.m.
- Hot entrees are available during meal times, from 10:30 a.m. to
2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Deli sandwiches, salad bar, and grill services are offered from
10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Salad bar service is available Monday through Friday.
For the health and safety of our patients and staff, we ask that you
do not remove any food or beverages from the cafeteria.
Guest Trays
A guest tray may be purchased at the cost of $6.00. The tray will
be delivered to your room for your guest. Arrangements can be made
through
the
cafeteria
cashier at least one hour prior to the patient service times.
