Your doctor is your first and best source for answering your health care questions. The Medical Librarian cannot offer medical advice, but if you would like information on a condition that your doctor has diagnosed, a medication that has been prescribed for you, or a procedure for which you may be scheduled, we can offer basic material to help you and your family better understand the situation. This may also help you to talk to your doctor or nurse about questions or concerns.
