San Antonio Community Hospital (SACH) and DV Urgent Care are joining forces to bring another healthcare option to residents in Ontario.
The new urgent care, operated by DV Urgent Care, can be a convenient option when your doctor's office is closed, or for minor illnesses or injuries that don't require a hospital emergency room visit, such as: cold/flu/fever, earaches, minor cuts that may require stitches, minor fractures and sprains, rashes, and minor sports injuries.
SACH Radiology services will be provided by the hospital right on the premises. The Ontario facility will be open extended hours - Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, and weekends and holidays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. For more information, call 909.984.2025.
