San Antonio Community Hospital, 999 San Bernardino Road, Upland, California,

is approximately 35 miles east of Los Angeles and 70 miles west of Palm
Springs. San Antonio Community Hospital is located 2 miles north of
the Interstate 10 (San Bernardino) freeway and 5 miles northwest of
Ontario International Airport.
From Corona Area:
Take Interstate 15 Freeway north, to Interstate 10 Freeway west, exit
at Euclid Avenue. Go north on Euclid to Foothill Boulevard. Turn east
on Foothill and proceed to fourth signal, Hospital Parkway. Turn south
on Hospital Parkway and continue to the Hospital visitor parking lot.
The main entrance is on the southeast side of the building.
From
the Ontario International Airport:
Take Archibald Avenue north to Interstate 10 Freeway west, exit at Euclid
Avenue. Go north on Euclid to Foothill Boulevard. Turn east on Foothill
and proceed to fourth signal, Hospital Parkway. Turn south on Hospital
Parkway and continue to the Hospital visitor parking lot. The main entrance
is on the southeast side of the building.
From Los Angeles Area:
Take Interstate 10 Freeway east, exit at Euclid Avenue. Go north on
Euclid to Foothill Boulevard. Turn east on Foothill and proceed to fourth
signal, Hospital Parkway. Turn south on Hospital Parkway and continue
to the Hospital visitor parking lot. The main entrance is on the southeast
side of the building.
From Orange County Area:
Take California 57 Freeway north to Interstate 10 Freeway east, exit
at Euclid Avenue. Go north on Euclid to Foothill Boulevard. Turn east
on Foothill and proceed to fourth signal, Hospital Parkway. Turn south
on Hospital Parkway and continue to the Hospital visitor parking lot.
The main entrance is on the southeast side of the building.
From San Bernardino Area:
Take Interstate 10 Freeway west, exit at Euclid Avenue. Go north on
Euclid to Foothill Boulevard. Turn east on Foothill and proceed to fourth
signal, Hospital Parkway. Turn south on Hospital Parkway and continue
to the Hospital visitor parking lot. The main entrance is on the southeast
