| San Antonio Community Hospital accepts Medicare, Medicare/Medi-Cal
(Medi-Medi), indemnity insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and most
managed care insurance plans. Please be sure to bring your health insurance
card with you when you come to the Hospital for medical services.
We have contracts with most local managed care plans and health insurance networks, including health maintenance organizations (HMO), preferred provider organizations (PPO), exclusive provider organizations (EPO), and point-of-service plans (POS). A partial list of the managed care plans and networks that contract with the Hospital is provided below. Please note, this list includes the HMO and PPO networks currently contracting with the Hospital, but individual insurance plans may not be specifically identified. If you have any questions regarding the information provided, please contact our Director of Managed Care at (909) 920-4741. Although your health insurance plan may be listed, your coverage is not guaranteed. Please contact your health insurance representative regarding specific questions and to confirm the benefits provided by your plan.
